I am actually considering replacing the Rescue that I was gonna get with a stainless steel Native....how do you feel on the decision.

I think your Spydie Art is awesome, I like the little alien dude, he sure likes his Spydies

Sharp1,

Ah... the power of knives...

So, how many do you have in total???? Show all of them off!

US made does not always impress me! Try comparing any US blade to the old Japanese katana's! Or look at Beretta Arms - 425 years in the business.
All that said it is a toss up as to which knife you want. Key word YOU want.

Akbell,

I agree. My father collects Japanese weapons. He's got some katanas that are about 400 years old and they are still very sharp and beautifully made! (of course, he takes care of them like a dragon cares for its hoard). Talk about the quality of Japanese craftsmanship. Also, I know that one of these days I will have to travel to Seki City to be "enlightened".

I'm with Kahz on this one. I would really like to see some art made of Sharp1's entire Spydie collection

Personally, I like the steel and grinds of the USA Natives way over the Seki City ones. However, I still don't own a Native. I have handled ALOT of them and still I haven't found one that doesn't rub on the handle or have a bad lock up. The same with Calypso Jr's. I guess I just have bad luck.

Nice pics!

I have become a big fan of the Native.

Very ergonomic and controllable. Comparing it to a Delica, Endura, & Police, it was the most comfortable to handle.
