I keep mine in a fishing tackle box. Knives in the lure slots, sharpmaker and stones in the bottom compartment.

I have one secret recipe that will stop that behaviour, but your cure must begin by sending at least three :spyder: s my way :) .
Seriously, though, majority of forumites is behaving similarly to you... I, too, was bitten by da Spydah... but I cured myself, so I am probably good enough to give free advice :D .
...but no, no, you know it all, it's harmless little bunny...

Ironically enough, that works. When I get bit by Spyder fever, I was buying everything I could get my hands on. I gifted a few to fellow forumites, sold what I didn't use, and now my spending is much more manageable.

disorder, my friend...I am not sure there is a "cure" or "treatment" for what we have!!!

The only thing that slows me down at all is a lack of funds!! :o

This month I have purchased a SE Ayoob, PE Ladybug III, a Centofante IV, and have received a CF Ladybug and a Toad as gifts!!! It's been a good month! Oh, I mean, those were all last month! I'm currently saving money to go to the Oregon knife show!!! I hope I won't be broke by then!! :p

God bless!

Sorry Disorder, I refuse to help you. I will not try and stop you!
Your compulsive behavior regarding purchasing more Spyderco's in one month than I'm sure the law allows in your area is commendable, nay, downright honorable and admirable!! Keep up the good work Spyderbro!! ;) :D

been there, done that... :)

There is no better cure than different even more expensive hobby/obsession. You can try customs, or better off get into watches. Let me know if it works for you

I use shadow boxes to store my knives. "Display" would be a better word.

wow.. so i'm in good company..
i tried watches ,but i've found it more expensive... :)
the other passion is Zippo.. but nothing can be so compulsive like knives, and spyderco in particular (i have about 70 knives, and only some arent spyderco.. a limited run butterfly from benchmade - the only benchmade i will ever like - a lot of customs (perrin, livesay, greco, alexander etc), an hideaway knife and so on.. but the spyderco mixture of ergos, design and visionary thinking is for me irresistible. Plus, the integrity of Sal and company is really a BIG plus.
nice to know you all (:
