With me: most EDC time sees the Caly3 and on weekends Military + Para-Military.

I always have an FRN D4 in my bag -- which I have most weekdays. Comes out when I'm at my desk and my hands go idle -- it's the perfect weight and balance for flicking and twirling.

EDC these days is the ZDP Jess Horn as my main blade and either a Kiwi, D'Fly or Lava.

Gonna give the SS D4 and the Caly III some EDC time next year once my wallet's recovered from the holidays and I can get my hands on them.

I'll take up for the D4. I've always got one around somewhere, usually in my pocket. I just can't seem to get away from it as the perfect EDC for me. I sometimes carry other Spydies (83mm Manix or Chase Axinn Native) or Benchmades (but no other folders). I just can't find anything that I like as well, trust as much, and that feels as much "at home" in my pocket or hand.

If I carry anything else, it's most often "in addition to" one of my D4s.

Caly 3 here. I'm really looking forward to the ZDP/CF version.

The forthcoming ZDP/CF Stretch is definitely going to give it some competition. I'll probably end up EDCing both.

I'm an admirer of Spyderco's designs. Using them is like immersing yourself in music or studying a painting in a museum. I buy some "fine" art but my preference is for usable art.

My EDC has been the ZDP Jess Horn since I got it. I am true blue in love with this little knife. My ATR and Millies are all jealous. This is the pefect everyday office knife. Zips through the nylon ties on the xerox paper boxes like nothing. Feels really comfortable in the hand.

If it sounds like I'm in love, you got it right.

Currently my EDC is my Native. Partially because I have only 3 spydies
My first gen delica is so beat up and has so much blade play I'm almost scared to use it....not to mention the serrations are pretty much gone now :D
My second is my PE SS first gen endura. That thing is like a folding Katana and dosen't fit for an EDC IMO.

I have come to the conclusion that the Doc has five words to those about he and his precious Ronin, "only from my dead hands."

this man will NOT put down or leave without his Ronin.

As for me, its simple. the manix. end of story.

My EDC favorite; Endura SE, G2- been carrying it for 13-14+ years now.
My second EDC favorite; Kris- still trying to get the opening smooth, it's been very tight, but I work it 2-3 times a week, I want it butter smooth when opening.
