Hi Meese - welcome to the forum.
Here's a previous tread. It's quite comprehensive, but there are more that could be added everyday.

The knives I remember Mulder using on X-Files were a Gerber EZ-Out Jr., and a Kershaw Liner Action, both with semi-serrated blades.
In The Fan, I remember the folders as being Gerber EZ-Out and EZ-Out Jr.'s, a Benchmade Leopard, and a fixed-blade Cold Steel Tanto.
In Hard Target there is a glimpse of a Police model.
In Anaconda, Ice Cube has an FRN Delica.
In Out of Sight, Micheal Keaton uses what looks like a Jess Horn lightweight to cut an apple.
In Fight Club there is a serrated SS Police.
In The Client there's a customized Police.
In the canceled show Millennium, Frank Black used a serrated Endura or Delica to carve a jack-o-lantern.

The Police model used by "Barry the Blade Muldano" in "the Client" is a Blanchard Police, I think. I'm not sure whether this is a custom knife or a limited run from Spyderco for the Blanchard Police dept...or something of that nature.
Here's a picture of the knife I'm referring to.
