MSRP for the P'kal?

#1

Post by PSU »

I can't wait for the P'kal & I'm sure that others feel the same way. I used the Search feature but I couldn't find the information. Has the MSRP of the P'kal been released yet? If so, can anybody tell me what it is...

Thanks,
Tom

Ouch, how about for the set with the live blade and the trainer together?

If I remember correctly the Ti ATR MSRP was $299.95.

Not at all. Just look at Kristi's post on the Hossoms and Street Beat:

FB17P - Jerry Hossom Forager PlainEdge - $339.95
FB15P - Fred Perrin Street Beat PlainEdge - $239.95

Contrast that with the New Graham's price of $149.93 for the Street Beat.

I've handled a pre production P'kal and it is worth the price. It's going to displace my $189.95 MSRP Emerson P-Sark which is no were near the knife the P'kal is.

The pricing I gave is for the live blade only. I don't have pricing on the trainer yet. Is it a high end price? Yes, but it's a high end knife. I think when it's available, you'll agree, well worth it. :)

(I can't believe I said, "Ask and you shall receive..." and no one asked anything else. Hmmm... Zen and Scott must not be looking.)

Ouch, I'm sure there are reasons for it to be so high, but it just got scratched off my list.

Deacon! I'm shocked. I figured you would ask about our friend, Kiwi! Ok, I'll just hold on to that tidbit then...

I'll be pleased that my first "high end" production folder will be a Spyderco Pickle. Luckily holiday overtime is coming up though.

Tis a zesty time to be reading the forums. All sorts of new stuff coming out, some announced, some not. New catalog coming, the discontinued list is coming....all sorts of exciting and scary changes.

That wouldn't be fair to you. It would be wrong and dishonorable to take advantage of such a situation.

Well...that and I didn't think it would work :p

What's new for 2007?
What's been discontinued?
When's the 2007 catalog coming out?
When's the Insert Sprint Run Here coming out?

;)

Ask not when Kristi can do for you, but what you can do for Kristi(do you take bribes for information??? :p ;) )

In the past, I believe she said she did, but we never could figure out what exactly it would be...
