That's beauteous!

Big ups to Craig and Chad!

Is got swampwalk!

Just had an idea (duck!):

Maybe youse guys (Messers CKE and CLB) could take some of your old clothes, some epoxy, and a press and make your own micarta-like phenolic scale material. Perhaps Lloyd "Master of Mycarta" Horner or Mark "S7 Bowies for the win" Nelson could give you tips if you went that route.

Chad / Craig -

Outrageous! Do you guys have any intentions of offering it
with partial serrations ( CE )?

BTW Chad : I really likee the Lava; it's
next on my list!

That's easy bro...remember, you ARE a famous knife designer you know!!! ;)

Okay...a fast update on the CKE/CLB collab:

Carried it right behind my right side of hip, kinda between front and rear pockets of BDU's during yard work yesterday.

This 440 that Craig used is remarkable! It cut through THICK weed whacker line easily, and I will attribute this to the straight edge. This is a beadblasted blade, so i was worried about how it would stand up by the end of the day to corrosion...not a single "freckle". SO, I left it uncleaned over night...

All that remained was some slabs of Tan G10 and a Kydex sheath!

Just kidding. I was amazed in that there was NO rust anywhere on the WHARNING. Great job and treatment Craig!!!

However...

I will have to get another sheath soon...OR replace the WHARNING s-l-o-w-l-y into the sheath. See, while resheathing, I made multiple cuts into the Kydex. :o Also, I will figure out if I can drill holes in the sheath to make this knife ride canted...

Craig, thanks again. For those of you...ahhhh, what the heck, just order one from Craig *before* he gets really famous and own a piece of, "Ahhh, I knew him when" sorta thing. :D

Again, awesome job CKE, and God bless :)

PPppfffttttt! Yeah, but for this particular design, we shared some of the same things in terms of ergonomics. Also, had you not built it as good as you did, I would not be enjoying it in Real Steel right now!

I gotta finish the rest of the yard tomorrow, so ya betcha I'll be carrying it. ;)

BTW, what did you use to finish the edge before sending?

God bless Knifebro and thanks :)
