Aloha dedguy,

Again, GREAT pics! I appreciate your time in taking them as it appeared as if the "Lava flow" was coming to a halt. :(

God bless and mahalo much

dedguy-

Very nice pictures-thanks.

I love those stainless spydies. A few questions if you don't mind.
What type steel is this made of? What is the little emblem on the blade?
What is the thing you got the knife on-it looks like a water pump off a car?

Maybe you could post a picture of that knife in your hand. I have to say that I'm impressed with Daywalkers first spydie. Like they say pictures are worth a thousand words, but than again there is nothing like seeing it in person.

One more thing. Sorry about your friend Jason. I saw that at the bottom of your thread, it's nice of you to do that!

Thanks for your time,
ken

I'm not dedguy, but I think that the emblem is Daywalker's sign or something. Steel is VG-10 (again, I think).

Very nice pics!

I really can't wait for the forum model to arrive, however I've got a feeling the one I've just ordered from NGK will arrive first. :D

Great use of a water pump! Gives a great balance of beauty and brawn.

Enjoyed the photos, dedguy! I'm enjoyin my "sterile" Lava until the Forum one arrives.....I really like the "thumb rest" on the spine of the blade when holding the Lava in a forward grip.....it reminds me of the Swick/Spot....
