"S" - Available Now!
Many of you know the “Q” model that was produced by Spyderco, then the “R” with similar cutouts in the blade and handle. Now, Spyderco is happy to introduce the “S”. This little big knife features an aluminum handle with a 2 7/16" (62mm) 440C blade. The laser-cut webbed blade and web-patterned handle shed ounces and make this a feather light comfortable carry knife at just 2oz (55g). It also features a Left/Right reversible, tip up clip and a double flat ground blade. The nested compression lock and jimping at the spine and choil make it one of the strongest and most practical EDC (Every Day Carry) knives. At an MSRP of $89.95, this will make a great addition to anyone’s knife carry routine. Available in Black or Silver handle both with PlainEdge only.

Yea, all I'm getting are little blue squares with ?s in them. I'm going to start panicking if I don't see an un-coated S. That sounds gorgeous. Thanks for the head's up.talonturbo wrote:Awesome news, dying to see some working pics...
*Edit* Pics work. I was right in my suspicions, the un-coated knife is amazing. Will this be a regular production piece? Thanks.
Ask me where I got my awesome SUPERHAWK!

Very nice. I'm probably gonna hafta get one of these sometime. The only gripe I have is the deep belly I love from the salsa didn't get carried over. Oh well, I guess that too many people were complaining about the lack of a pointy tip.
I supposed I could always put a salsa blade in if I didn't mind losing the cutouts...

:spyder:
I too am picky with steel, but I am sure that if :spyder: het treat it like CKE does, it is a very fine steel that can get rasor sharp !!!
