I'll be up to 12 soon, but a few of those are trade fodder, so I'd say 9 or 10 of them are real keepers.

I have around 60 knives at this time , 30 are Spyderco , 12 Benchmade , 2 Randalls , 2 Rekats , 1 Crawford , 1 William Henry , and a a variety of other knives from Case , Queen , Boker , WH , SOG , and a partridge in a pair tree . Spyderco are usually a rotation basis every day with BM filling in once in a while , others if folders have to wait their turn on rare occasions ( I have a weakness for Trappers ) when I feel going classic slip joint . I would have more if I was a righty and if friends did not come to me or if I show off something new and someone just has to have it . Mini Manix in pocket at this time .

I have quite a few in my collection, but as far as Spydies go, I am down to about 11. I really regret selling my flat ground G-10 Police PE, Micarta Jess Horn PE, early model Mili PE and gave away my PE Wegner. I'm really kicking myself over the PE G-10 Police. I want it or another back really badddddd.

Between 80 and 90 right now, my wants are getting down enough to almost consider becoming a collector.

OK

Subtotal now comes to about 1900 :spyder:

This is without Zen's dozen boxes full of Spydies and without Deacon's surplus above his 200 total when he lost count :D :D :D :D

Just bought my first one knife in the last 20 years, 3 days ago. Native at Walmart. I think I am hooked on spydies. I can see my collection growing rather quickly especially since I found this forum and I am reading through all the wonderful information that is available! Thank you!

Hello, cary1952, and welcome to the forum :)

Congrats on that Native, it is an awesome knife for the price! You can't go wrong with Spyderco.

We would rather be the knife in your pocket, because is "works" better, than the knife in your showcase, because it "looks" better.

I've got a modest collection of Spydies with 15+1 in the mail. Other than them, I have a small Sebbie, a few SAKs and the "old-school" Buck 110.
