I sent my SPOT to Golden on March 4 to fix the rivet that would not stay in its hole (and also for a re-sharpening). Still waiting, it should be any day now (I hope) -- Amanda said mid-April. Really looking forward to getting this one back -- I miss my SPOT. :(

Sent in a G-2 Harpy for resharpening and they sent me a new VG-10 Harpy! :D The knife had an unusual gap at the lock bar so I guess it was defective? Seamed fine to me but I'm very happy. Excellent Service! :p Turn arround was only about 2 weeks. This was a month ago.

I've sent several in over the years including a Ti-Police for sharpening, a Spyderwrench for a new blade, and a Snap-it due to horizontal blade play. All issues were fixed / resolved without a hitch.

sent my military in to get the lock fixed, it would move back and forth if you wiggled the blade and it failed on me once...

It came back like new. The tip they put it on it is super sharp. It took 2 months but they did a great job.

I think the sum up is: if you're outside the US, never send a knife back unless you absolutely have to... (i.e. the knife is broken in half... )

I recently sent in a C50 Centofante II for a liner lock that wasn't engaging.
