Do you own a C-01 worker?

IMHO - the discontinued worker is Spyderco's first and definitely the most memorable piece!! Any Spydernut would not refuse a two-screw clip worker

11 <img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle> Any of you dudes carry or collect the worker? Please stand up and be counted! *heh-heh!* <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>

I have a plain edge and full serrated of the '3 screw clip' model. A friend carried a plain edge Worker for years and it got stolen. I recently saw one for sale and told him about it. He bought it from the guy. It was an older 2 screw one. I went back home and we went out to eat. He had the knife (still in the box) for me to see. He laid it on the table and forgot to get it. Someone snagged it. He called the restaurant and it never showed up. I just hope whoever found it appreciates it for what it is...

Sam,

I have an old plain edge Worker that I refurbished. I've had a "chai" engraved on it, in memory of James Mattis, one of the finest gentlemen to have graced these forums.

Clay

Don't worry that the world might end tomorrow, in Australia it's tomorrow already.

I think I have 5 or 6 of them. Lets see the SS one, the tufram handled one, two screw one, the evolution set (2 in there) and a damascus blade one. Ultracool knives! Sorry to see them go.
