So I just checked my e-mail today and there's an e-mail from none other than Dialex himself! Imagine my surprise!!!!!!

I am just so darned excited guys. The spyder bug bit me last year and I have a logn list of knvies that I have been wanting. I feel very fortunate to be a proud owner of an Adventura. Years ago I bought my wife a blue/purplish (not sure the exact color) ladybug, and this Christmas my cat got me a Meercat (appropriate eh!) I'll eb carrying the Adventura as often as possible.

I also feel very fortunate for winning this particular model for a few other reasons. This knife will be my first in VG-10. As a knife knut I have spent my knife money on knife making gear and supplies, so I haven't had all that many knives. SO I look forward to trying this new-to-me material and in such an attractive and wild design too. Also, as a knife maker, I really appreciate that this is a collaboration piece. I love the idea of designers and manufacturers working together to produce unique and functional products, and I'll appreciate this knife from that standpoint. In a small but significant way, a but of the USA, Romania, and Canada (that's me!) will eb wrapped up in this knife then. Cool!

Since I have won this wonderful knife, I will provide a detailed review and I'll snap a gazillion pics as well. I know forumites survive on a healthy diet of pics and humour, so I'll do my best to provide :)

Thanks all, and I hope you have a great day! I know I will!!!! :)
