I have never heard of oso grand. I use these places for my knife ordering:
1. http://www.knifecenter.com/
2. http://www.gpknives.com/
3. http://www.newgraham.com/
4. http://www.islandtactical.com/index.asp

I have others for my custom knife purchasing, but since we are not talking about that......

I would recommend trying to find a local dealer (even Wal-Mart) and, purchasing there. With knives I think preference plays a large role. Being able to pick up and look over it carefully, handle and operate it means a lot imho. Much more so than with other items such as cameras, palm pilots, iPods, & the such. In the end $10 or $20 just doesn't make that much difference. Now if you don't live near a dealer with a good line then, well, mail order is probably your only recourse. And, there is nothing wrong with it.

I second all the KnifeCollector's fave sellers and Savson's is AOK with me (but I don't think he ships outside the US)!

Another stalwart NGK customer. Great prices; service can't be beat; Mary Beth is down home good people and a joy to talk to; and Michael and the gang post regularly under NGK on BFC.

Hammonoichiba is good for many color variations and some harder to find Spydies. They ship pretty quick and if you visit them in Seki-City, Naohiko has been known to pull out a few rareties and provide a guided tour of Seki's knife manufacturing sites to show his appreciation for your patronage.
