Delica 4 colors ?
Reserving colors for sprint runs is not a bad idea. It makes them distinct, and adds appeal for collectors.

I'm an admirer of Spyderco's designs. Using them is like immersing yourself in music or studying a painting in a museum. I buy some "fine" art but my preference is for usable art.

Imo you cant go wrong w/ bright colors on the new delica and endura. Orange or yellow would be a great addition because many sportsman like a knife that can be spotted if dropped. I would EDC an Orange knife for the rest of my days. Please make them in orange.

Give us some colors please
I too would like to see some colors. Both tactical and girlie. Not both at the same time. I like black and OD. I carry my Burgundy. I carry bright blue G10. I NEED to some yellow Salts. I give knives, sometimes to women. My wife carries a purple mini-grip. She'd carry the pink Delica I bought from Rock if they were not so hard to get, especially PE.

Green FRN, My favorite Delica is the OD green one! More OD green!
I can't say I like many other colors though! The only three I really like are Green #1, Black #2, and Desert Tan #3!
I carry the same three as worker on a regular basis, Looking forward to the blue Delica ZDP....

I have a yellow salt which i like, but don't carry it much, except sometimes for jogging in the woods. It draws attention to my pocket. It does make them seem friendlier though. It also tends to get dirty very easy which i (though being a hard user) don't like on my knives. I keep em clean and shiny as guns
Yellow and orange colors do serve their purpose on marine and rescue knives. Red is great for training models. But for my EDC's i prefer black only. I'd only settle for an OD green color on some models. Blue, grey, purple is something i really dislike. If i had an option of buying many different versions of the same knife, ofcourse i'd buy them. If i buy only one, i take black!
Black handles draw least attention and are easiest to maintain. My only complaint would be to make more carry options on the older models too (Military, Police,...)
I like SS handles on my knives, that i carry on ''special'' occasions as gentleman's knives. I can't wait for the release of Volpe. Those olive inlays look just too beautiful. Seems like a perfect knife for special occasions :D

I like colours. I'm not concerned with them looking goofy or too noticeable to the non-knife crowd. A whole palette of colours might be too much, however.
I like 'family' themed colour groups as well - yellow Salts, Orange Rescues, etc...
Maybe a sprint run colour for specific steel types (Burgundy ZDP Caly) could be used to group and identify some types of knives.

Colour doesn't really concern me. In my EDC rotation i often carry a green Lil temp, yellow Atlantic Salt & a Blue dodo. I personally think black is a less noticable colour. I carry a knife more for what i like abouts its cutting properties or applications not really its colour.
As a collector though, i do like to have different colours, it adds a bit of life to the collection. Basically i work on the principal of "If i don't have it, i will buy it."

On my side I start carrying as my EDC only my color handle Spydies, because the only time I took out my Manix at work, lunch time, people were impressed and partly "afraid" as they found the knife "scarry". But when I took out my blue Delica or my orange Rescue, the girls at work were saying "What a beautiful little knife !"
So even if I still always carry my Manix in my bag, I'm only taking out in front of people my color handle spydies...

I carry my yellow Salt I every day, but usually in my coat pocket. I don't like drawing attention to my knives.
The blue on the waved Endura matches my newish jeans almost perfectly. Very nice. I can't wait to get the matching Delica since the Endura is too big for my EDC needs and not legal in a city that I spend some time in.
I like colors, but mostly softer ones, grays, darker blues, etc. The burgundy Caly Jr is ok, but just *barely*.
I lost a black delica hiking and plan to use only yellow knives hiking from here on out (yellow mini-grip or yellow Salt).

I've carried a baby-blue Delica, grey Calypso, and was looking forward to the Burgunday Calypso, but alas was not fast enough and now I can't get one.
I like subdued colors as opposed to flashy. For example, dark and pale blues, burgundy, grey, dark and pale greens, and the tan is exceptional. I would love to see a white handle (but admitedly it would have to be mated with the right FRN pattern because of dirt collection) or clear / translucent.
I do think the suggestion of a low ride clip might make color more attractive. Its one thing to handle a colored knife, but something else when people ask "whats that blue thing clipped to your pocket? Oh! My! A knife! With teeth!"
