Lubricant for almite navigator?

#1

Post by PsychGrad »

My navigator seems a little stiff to open. Can anyone suggest a lubricant to use?

Thanks

.. Sentry Solutions Tuf-Glide, TUF-GLIDE - A quick-drying partner for TUF-CLOTH, TUF-GLIDE
is a powerful dry-film rust inhibitor and lubricant that outperforms oils .

Hey guys,
Tuff-Glide sounds great. Where can I get some? The local hardware store does not seem to carry it.

Which lubricant does the factory use -- or does it vary?

Hey Carlos,
Thant's a good question... What I've been using the past few weeks is a product called Deep Lube. No complaints so far, one thing I like about it is it has a pleasant smell, kind of like pine; it is also a natural oil which is a plus in my book as well. The Tuff-Glide sounds better, but I just figured I would share another option that works well also.

Try liquid graphite. It comes in a small spray can.
