It looks legit to me. It's not possible to be 100% sure from pictures, but there is nothing that I can see that would lead me to believe that it is counterfeit.CAguy wrote: ↑Fri Jan 16, 2026 2:12 pmYup. My spyderco civilian arrived a few days ago from a seemingly reliable dealer. I would like a second opinion on if it can potentially be counterfeit.see attachment. The only thing not pictured is the plastic wrap the knife was in while inside the pouch. Thank you

I’ve watched a couple videos re: clone knives.
I’m mostly sure my new pm2 maxamet is legit but I’m hoping for affirmation from y’all.
Thanks

I have the same knife. It looks just like mine..... lettering and spacing all seem the same as mine.brandonscheer wrote: ↑Tue Jan 27, 2026 11:39 amI’ve watched a couple videos re: clone knives.

Good morning everyone! Hopefully I'm posting this in the right spot! Its my first time
I just purchased this Dodo from ebay and I plan on sending it in for sharpening and to repair a small chip in the edge. I just wanted to make sure people over here in the forum believe it to look genuine. Ive only just started collecting knives and I am pretty sure I know what to look for in a counterfeit, but I always like to double check with more experienced collectors. Lemme know what you think!
