After much debate and help from the forum and some pretty cool members I have a Spyderco Drunken coming in very eagerly awaiting this one.

I'm seriously considering ordering the Smock in CruWear with aluminun scales. I love CruWear steel.

I had one with aluminum scales a coated blades. It is heavier than the S30V version and honestly I still have my S30V.

The crewware I sold at a loss.

I dont miss it by comparison.

I’m looking forward to it! I was going to go for a FRN version, but I realized that I have no Micarta in my collection, so I changed my mind.😵‍💫

I like my Caly 3, UKPKs, Urban, and Chaparral so much, that I figured I should add another family member to them!😁

I have a Manix 2 LW coming in 15V. I'm not a fan of FRN, but seeing as this steel is going away I had to have it.

Something different this time:

I ordered a Roadie XL. I wanted a new slip joint, and it’s just different enough to get my attention. Plus, the M398 steel is icing on the cake.
Oldest: 1974 Buck 110.
Newest: Roadie XL, M398
Knives owned: Too many, yet always finding another.
Added a ceramic mug, "The Edge is a Ghost". Great mug!

Bodaciuos in SPY27 & S30V Serrated. Darn things have more blade than a Manix2 XL.

One heck of a model.

Chap LW is en-route

I also bought a Sage 6 off of ebay. The guy had taken it apart to clean and couldnt figure out how to put it back together. All the parts are there and he sold it to me dirt cheap. So we'll see how that goes. I've disassembled many many knives in my day with every type of lock. I should be able to get it back together pretty easily. I also have quite a stash of spare parts and hardware.

I got my disassembled Sage 6 today. I had it back together in about 20 minutes. It works flawlessly. What a great knife!! I did leave out the 2nd detent though.

I can understand how someone who is not experienced with complex folders and/or compression locks would have trouble reassembling it. There are a lot of parts that need to in the exact right way, and the tolerances are very tight.

Amazing it had all the pieces too. Kind of makes me feel bad for the seller, not being experienced enough. When a lot of us around here do that just for fun sometimes! He was selling it though. Great score!

I have new living quarters. In order to secure it I am placing Spyderco Native Chiefs throughout the apartment.

I think Magnacut holds a good edge, is tough enough, and I like the bright yellow FRN scales so I bought 3 more.

EDIT: I decided to put all 3 of these Salt knives in my vehicle. I'll get something else for the apartment.
