It was a very delicious steak I wish I had another. Definitely the best steak I can remember having. I just salted it and seared it until it released from the pan. I highly recommend trying it if you like steak and can swing it. I almost wish I could have done it Korean BBQ style to increase the sear surface but not over cook it. My house was filled with the smoke and good smells.
