Green/forest green seems an excellent choice to pair with MagnaMax in my opinion.
Because desolate places allow us to breathe. And most people don't even know they're out of breath.

Zome blue would be my vote. Understated, but also visually interesting. Tied to a premium steel it would do well IMO. It should be possible across G-10 and FRN. May have to do some sort of fat carbon to get the effect in a carbon. Some genius with an anodizing kit could probably make it work on Ti, though you should probably leave the Ti as is, or just make it blue.

I’m just hoping for textured scales of some sort for Magnamax

Agree, I love the texture of the black salt series MagnaCut. It would be great to bring that to MagnaMax.

Anybody else have a color suggestion for MagnaMax?

Larrin?

sal

Dark red, darker than the St Nick's knives, or resurrect that blue color you used to use for ZDP-189 before it switched to British Racing Green.

Too soon to speculate about this being designated as a Salt steel?

Another vote for dark/forest green if it can't be grey.

But for the most important question... what color will the handles be? MangnaCut got yellow, would MagnaMax look good in a grey?
I personally love grey handles and that would be my preference if it effectively replaces Maxamet in production. Plus it already had "Max" in the name so it seems like a good transition?

My vote is for a dark, yet saturated green. Keep black for the folks who don’t want the green.

Shot in the dark but a RockJumper in Nitro-X7 would be cool.

There's always going to be complaining that the color is not the one someone wants...

Luckily the aftermarket has those covered. I'll take it in almost any color

My vote would be forest green, or a darker blue, similar to the Spy27 blue. I prefer neutral colors, or darker blues. Anything bright and I’d prefer the black option. Anything made will sell like crazy so I think having multiple color options is a great idea.
