Two GREAT small Spydercos - C28 Dragonfly and C19 Bob Terzuola Jr

The C19 is a pickup from this past weekend .. I traded items from another hobby so I am happy ;) Love the Terzuola logo. Really good blade/handle ratio on this knife and the 6061 scales feel so very good in the hand with a very nicely done linerlock. Makes me want to start looking for a full size C15 now!

I didn't realize that the C19 was quite that small. Looks very nice, great find.

Thank you, I am very excited. The size is really nice and the Dragonfly2 is what started my Spyderco journey, so I wanted to show a side by side photo since not much comparison photos exist on these older Spydercos. The C19 looks deceptively simple in a photo, but the 6061 handles, the liner lock and just how well it is constructed becomes obvious once you pick it up and open it. The ATS-34 blade is still wicked sharp, I barely had to touch it up to get it to cleanly cut paper. Wish it were a PE blade but given how hard these are to find, I am still very happy.

That's really really cool. How strong is the detent on it?
Is it good at staying closed or can you shake it open?

It's as strong as anything modern I have from Spyderco. I cannot shake it open in any way.

This is why I love this knife --> see the blade to handle ratio and how compact the entire package is. It's really nicely thought out and very nicely made.
