Hi Dan! I like this version of the Native Chief a lot! I radiused the handles slightly and oiled them, put a nice edge on it, and it is in the rotation.

It is very comparable to the G10 versions in terms of weight and lockup and robustness.

I saw the clip ano trick from you. I think it works exceptionally well with these brown micarta scales. I’ve done probably 6 or 7 clips like this.

Thanks for reply Hans and compliment. The Chief is such a nice design, only have two models , and want to get a Cruwear to go with my stainless models . Glad to hear it’s comparable to G10 . Dan
