See you there everyone, Already contacted the hotel for the Saturday. For the first time it'll be right in the middle of my vacation, so depending on who's there, I might come a few days earlier or stay a few more nights :open-grin
:respect In the collection :respect : Lots of different steels, in lots of different (and same) Spydercos.

Robin. Finally made an IG : ramo_knives

I think this is finally the year I take the plunge!!! Email sent! :party-face
Awesome to hear, it’s about time. Plus no sleeping in a mini van (down by the river) for a week.
I’m stoked! Sleeping in a bed instead of a van before a Spyderco event will be a nice change! :winking-tongue

Oh **** yeah ! It will be a pleasure to meet you man !
You as well! I’m very excited for the Spyderco meet itself but connecting with so many new fellow Spyderco enthusiasts and collectors will be the best part.

I’m hoping you’re planning to bring some of your knives too. Would be cool to get to handle some of your work! :bug-white-red :respect

Can't wait. Yes of course I'll bring all that will still be with me, There's at least one I want to submit. And having your input would be very meaningful !

Was going to email earlier but thought to do one last check of my calendar and realised I’m delivering a training course that whole weekend 🤦🏼‍♂️ Gutted, as I’d really like to meet some of you guys. Next year I’m keeping all of February free in case I manage to land a seat.

I hope you all have a fantastic time!

If you can’t make that, come on down and hang with us the weekend before Thanksgiving at the Seconds Sale! Plus you’ll have a chance to grab one of the couple hundred Ayoob SE Cruwear 2nds they still have.

I love visiting America (and I love sleeping rough - decades as a rock climber gives you a taste for the strangest things 😅) so I would love to. I just need to find a way to square the circle of leaving my wife for a week with my boys to go and hang out with you guys/buy knives on the other side of the planet. Any advice would be most welcome on that front 🤣

Shucks didn’t realize you were in Thailand. I could see then how no Amsterdam is a huge bummer. Maybe we can still figure out a way to get you a Seconds Ayoob. I hear you know a guy haha! But if that doesn’t work…

I'd love to come, especially when such a surprising number of US forumites are committed to participate, would've been a great opportunity to meet some of you, but February is a difficult month for me - and I always forget to clear my calendar in advance.

Maybe next year.. I'll put it in my calendar, so I can at least try to keep some dates open.

As of the moment of this post, we've reached the maximum number of attendees, but we are still accepting people to sign-up for a standby ticket!

I’m in Singapore but I get back to Europe fairly regularly (I’m a British expat). Any assistance finding an SE Ayoob (or a PE one for that matter) would be wonderful - the one I hoped to pick up from a dealer in Taiwan fell through 🫠 mostly due to my terrible Mandarin linguistic skills.

I’ve got a good buddy in northern Louisiana and a hankering to visit him there, so maybe I could combine that and a visit to the seconds sale.

And we are fully booked, including the standby list! Thank you all for the enthusiasm and fast sign-ups! I'm sure it will be another great event. If you've signed up and can't make it for any reason, please let us know rightaway. That way, one of your fellow Spyderco fans from the standby list can take your seat and atted the event. We look forward to welcoming you all in Amsterdam next year.
