Arrived today from RMK and sold, out the door today.

They never last very long, list and gone for full price. They are serious buyers, no massive low ball offers and need to take 10 million photos and 100's of videos and turn down over $2 like others wasting my time.

No pathetic nickeling and diming over $1 like others lets say. ;)

Just pulled the trigger on a Kunwu Stiffy P. It’s a small fixed blade with canvas micarta scales and Vanadis 8 steel. It’s kind of a fixie companion to my Pulsar folder.

It should be here by next Monday.
Oldest: 1974 Buck 110.
Newest: Native 5, G10, CPM 15V
Knives owned: Too many, yet always finding another.
Added a ceramic mug, "The Edge is a Ghost". Great mug!

Couple of 3V knives: A Carothers' Field Knife at ~62HRC, and a Hinderer Ka-Bar (a bit softer).

Finally bit the bullet and ordered a Large Inkosi Insingo in Magnacut, gonna see what all the fuss is about?

Should be here Friday.

I've said (to my wife), that unless Sal drops a Bodacious in a tool steel, (3V ;)) I'm done buying knives for a good while!

If we can trust the reliability of the jump-to-first-new-post feature of the forum, I've never read this topic before.
That does not mean there was never an "other" in the mail. Could've been more than one, even.

Somewhat out of character purchase this time

It's years since I first got curious about the mini, but they were constantly out of stock, to the point I felt like it had quietly been discontinued. With ever decreasing hope, interest eventually faded with it.

Then, some weeks ago, I ordered something ..I guess you could say; more useful, from a US store and had it shipped to a forwarding service.
Being the rational person that I am, logic dictates that I have to buy more to spread shipping cost across as many items as possible before forwarding, for maximal savings. No wonder I'm filthy rich.
Anyhow ..and not really sure what made me check the Emerson site so many years after loosing interest, but there it was - ready to ship.
Big dilemma, should I really order a knife I had dismissed, just because it suddenly was available??
Oh, the things you do to "save" shipping cost.. :woozy

^ Emerson makes a nice folder. If I was more of a liner lock guy I'd own a CQC8. I had one briefly many years ago and the ergonomics rivaled anything else I had used.

Back around 2007 / 2008 I picked up a micro dyad. I also found a similar sized knife at a flea market around that same time.

I don't know why, but in 2025 I had been wanting a replacement for that one I sold nearly 20 years ago. Maybe it was from browsing old knife collection photos of mine, maybe I suspect my kid will fall in love with it like all the other tiny knives I show her....

It took some research and some hunting around, but I finally found two for sale. Couldn't find the same scales though.

Should be here by next Monday.

tracked down a south african cold steel jungle machete.

the retailer also had other discontinued models so I added a Victorinox scribe and a cold steel light machete to the order.

the light machete is basically a 14" version of the 18" slant tip machete, which is one of my favorite machetes.

Doing some wilderness backpacking next month and will probably pack the 14" machete and either my Winkler BK or Temperance 2.
