This particular version of the NC is one that I've been wanting to add to my collection. Such an asthetically pleasing knife. Never actually handled one, but seems like a longer version of the Native5. Which is one of my favorites.

It's not the first time that someone asked me if it's not "PNW". My backyard look like that but some kilometers away it's volcano and on the other way it's like the corn belt. I got very different country in a few kilometers.

Yes, very similar climates. We have very different landscapes close by in the PNW. The Pacific Ocean and rainforest are an hour West of me. Two hours East is desert. Then there are the Cascade and Olympic mountains.

I'd love to see more landscape shots from your locale.
