⬆️ Well done, sir. Well done.
Very pretty.
thanks. that's my kids go to order. pepperoni, hot soppressata, sausage and pineapple. quite a palate for one so young!

tried something experimental today. stuffed crust, garlic crema base, roasted chicken, semi sun dried toms, rosemary, 3 cheeses and seasoned the first and last bites with a spicy garlic seasoning.

Homemade granola. I make a batch every couple of weeks. It's easy to make, tasty and pretty healthy. I mix it with cottage cheese (Kwark for the Dutch) for the protein part for breakfast. Ingredients are whole wheat oats, cinnamon, cacao (raw), almonds, broken flax seed, pinch of salt and drizzle a bit of honey on it.

Takes 20 minutes in the oven to bake on 175c. Store in mason jars and it will last at least 2 weeks and still taste good.

I need to get back to doing that. Home made granola bars are healthier and softer than the dried out pre-packaged stuff.

I used to bake granola, then mix it with eggs, brown sugar and a pinch of vanilla and bake it off a second time to form bars. Sometimes I'd drizzle a little icing over top.

Wife made some cheese tortellini soup and added some turkey sausage and fire roasted tomatoes for a little kick. Very tasty!

Made these granola bars last week. Whole grain oats, cacao powder, cinnamon, protein powder, peanuts, milk and honey. I put them in the freezer so they last long. You definitely need some water to down these things 😅

I cut them in smaller pieces than shown on the picture.
