I am super impressed with the Caly 3.5 I received a few months ago. Large blade in a smaller handle, and in one of my favorite (older) super steels ZDP189. Is the Caly going to get a big brother? Such a neat design! :bug-red-white :smlling-eyes

would you rather have micarta scales and a serrated blade? https://www.arizonacustomknives.com/products/1120919/

or g10 scales, steel liners and a PE VG10 blade? https://www.arizonacustomknives.com/products/1124023/

;)

Sal has stated there is a new 4" Calypso in the works. No ETA last I heard though.

It's a really nice design. The entire family has great ergonomics, but the full size works best for a behind the choil grip, while the 3/3.5/jr seemed designed with exclusively using the choil in mind.

It already has one, it's called the Calypso.

This design family is personally a long time favorite of mine, still keeping my eye open for any news on a new addition to the calypso family. But at the same time I’m also pretty content with what I’ve already accumulated, but new amazing knives would never be a bad thing
