Searched for "Spyderco used". There are a ton of new model clones marked "used". I reported ten separate listing as IP infringement. eBay just responded that there's no violation of there terms of use, no appeal option.

They have Harpy SS and G10, Bob Lum Tanto (Green and Black G10 versions), Police SS (all black coated), Emerson Delica and PM2, PM2 Tanto, Ikuchi, Lil temperance, Smock, Lil matriarch, and more...

Spyderco tell us what to do to help you. Is eBay not liable at all?

Can you give us the verbiage to send to eBay to get listing removed. I enjoy a good Friday night reporting session.

eBay is just horrible about this. Many of us have reported clones and have gotten the same snotty response from eBay. What they mean by "no violation" (which is patently false) is: "We'd rather make our 15% cut from counterfeits, then not make our 15% cut." eBay's "values" (if you can call them that) are about three things: profit, profit, and profit.

eBay used to be a great place to buy and sell used things and things difficult to find in stores. Today? Horrible.

I don’t understand why eBay can’t be sued for offing a place to sell counterfeits. if they are reported and they don’t do anything. Some of these people are using Spyderco in the description.

wow. $25 each. what. a. bargain.

I remember when eBay was a good platform to buy/sell. Now it's just a pit for unloading counterfeit and other fake junk.
And the company has ZERO ethics.
