How stable are the scales at the back of the knife? There is no screw to fix them together and the lanyard tube isn’t fixed fully.
Does anything rattle or feel unstable?

Very stable. The rear of the knife is more stable like this than the stock configuration was.

Same here. This is one of several reasons why I like their Manix scales.
I wish they made scales with the regular handle profile. When I found out they did OD green scales for the Manix XL I got really excited, until I realized they only did skinny versions.
Aside from that they look really nice to me. Nice contouring,great color. Your manix looks great setup like that.

Thanks! Yes it is strange why they favour these skinny scales. They are not especially skinny on the Manix, and feel good to me, but for the Shaman I also prefer a fuller handle.

I finally got a chance today to get out my 2016 CTS-XHP bladed C101PBN2 brown LW Manix 2. To compare the brown against the 15V brown LW. There is more difference than I remembered.
I have also recently purchased a New old Stock 2010 Stag Arms C101GPRBK2 Manix 2 from a Seller on eBay. He had two available, and I think he still has one of them available?
I swapped in some black titanium hardware and let it eat. I like the brown factory scales on the LW better than the brown g10.

1.9-litre Ascona was exported to the United States as the "Opel 1900" and marketed at Buick-Opel dealerships. It was my grandmothers car back in the 70’s & 80’s. We still have it. Not running as of today but with a little work I’m sure it would.
