Thanks! I'm just happy the turkey breast didn't come out dry.
It's a simple apple-cinnamon pie, nothing special. Just the right notes of sweetness to balance the turkey (up to now I just can't understand cranberry sauce on turkeys

Char Siu (pork shoulder) from the BBQ. Combined with jasmin rice, green beans and sate sauce (pinut sauce). Simple but delicious!

Re: What's Cookin'?
This teriyaki chicken was supposed to have fried rice with it, but oddly we didn't have eggs, so we did white rice and spiffed up the broccoli into a stir fry rather than just steaming to compensate for the lack of fried rice. The chicken was perfect.

Working on my biscuit skills. They didn't look great on a uniformity front, but sure tasted good.

Paul, is it possible to make a cake with icing topping that has zero carbs and zero sugar but free from weird artificial flavorings and chemicals or food science has not reached that point yet?

Today's lunch, not cooked by myself. Kibbeling, which is deep fried battered cod with special seasoning, a sauce ravigote to dip in. A white bun with smoked eal

Typical Dutch fish food. Just missing the Herring with chopped unions
