Great piece....a big heavy brute of a blade....deployment a solid whunk you can feel to your elbow. The button is a misery as few of us are gloved coast guard rock stars....and the safety button will remove flesh. That being said...I found my A2 all I could wish. Filled the button w/ some epoxy to make it thumb friendly, removed the clip...and Bob's your uncle. Still like to know how to loosen the blade a bit for a faster flic....but all the dissassembly videos were uninformative and discouraging. Yet the blade locks totally solid and that's what counts. Not some West Side Story toy...just a solid heavy monster for serious work.....just become used to it. Well done Spyderco!
