Certainly, not my own idea as there has been talk of Spyderco's for the days of the week, in the past.
The time has come, now that there are enough variations of the Tenacious to have a Tenacious Tuesday page. I own one Tenacious, my first Spyderco and a gift from a friend. Pretty special all the way around.
I have been using the Tenacious to round off handles on spoons made from reclaimed teak wood furniture.

While I personally think that the Tenacious is one of Spydercos very best designs, there still is none in my life at the moment... I will have to change that again eventually! (I so wish that the S35VN LW came in full SE....)

My 2 Tenacious's. Top 1, I did a "poon" mod to the etched & stonewashed blade. Fragged copper RGT scales, etched & stonwashed liners, clip, pivot, and hardware, and a gray g10 backspacer.
Bottom 1 is lager g10 "anso" pattern scales, etched & stonewashed blade, liners, clip, pivot, and hardware, and a blue g10 backspacer.

Thanks for sharing team. That "poon" mod sure is slick, makes the Value Tenacious look real mean. Mean like having teeth.
My effort today was cutting cardboard to use as backing for a little spray paint job.

Not a regular usage for me, and I did require a set up in the kitchen to get the pic. In the yard, sometimes I use zip ties. Most times I am old and cheep and I do not cut them. If I am really planning I take the proper little screwdriver, if not, I am not against sliding the tip in, lifting the tab and releasing the zip to reuse the zip tie later.
Rare case when I break the knife rules as posted by Boy Scouts.

In, under the wire. It's what all my neighbours are gabbing about. Gabions, I've been building a retaining wall and using zip ties to hold the wire in shape. Then I wire it tight with the good stuff.
Speaking of good stuff.

And, a side note. I do cut many zip ties and always consider myself lucky when I do not get any edge contact on the wire.
