Well, I'll be.

The beginnings of a full run of the most popular SEKI models?

Great news for me. Can’t wait to grab a few Delicas and Dfly2.

Just starting to break in my Super Blue Delica and this comes out...I'll probably end up getting one.

My layman guess would be that SPY27 should be a great steel for teeth...
Top three going by pocket-time (update October 25):
- EDC: Endela SE (K390). Endela SE (VG10), Manix 2 LW (REX45)
- Mountains/outdoors: Pac.Salt 2 SE (LC200N), Salt 2 SE (LC200N), Pac.Salt 1 SE (H1)

SPY27 is basically powdered VG10, so this would (practically) be a test if teeth do better in ingot or powdered form.

A Delica in spyderedge would be a nice surprise but I would be more than happy with a similar Endela. What will blow my socks off would be a SPY27 LW Police with fangs.

$120 for a Delica is a hard pill to swallow.

meh, such is life in current year. A VG-10 Delica retails for $95. So an extra $25 for particle steel is not too big of an ask, IMO. It's a lot less than the current CruWear Sprint.

Yeah, seems in line with other FRN Delicas in imported, PM steels for the past several years. Other than sales on discontinued models and wharncliffes and occasional dealer sales of their own exclusives most have been $110+.

They are also at American Edge Knives. My friend says they have the fastest shipping, so I thought I'd give them a try. I got two; first time getting a backup blade.

I would like one. I have a S90V, S30V and a couple of ZDP versions of the Delica. It's going to be tough to justify $120.

Maybe I can trade towards one.

Seeing this Delica in SPY27 just makes me happy. I love the Delica, love blue, and I really like this steel. Now for a DF2.

I'll probably get a Spy27 Endura when it becomes available, as an Endela in this steel may or may not happen given the limited supply of Spy27.

I'm psyched about this one! Now, if only they'd do the Wharncliffe in SPY27...
