😮 Wow! Love that Lil' Matriarch! Did you bend that clip yourself?
I did not. Most embarrassing is that despite my searching for discussions had on the subject in my inbox, I can not remember the forum member who modded this clip. I believe it was a gift on a trade. He heated & bent the factory clips and then scotchbrite and heat colored them on his knives often.

Gotcha. That's a cool idea, I might try it someday 👍

Resilience is becoming one of my favorite Spydercos here lately. It's really underrated

Monday I moved on from generic spring prep around the property to clearing some over overgrown forest with the chainsaw before changing tires on my EV. Tasks that potentially involves stuck stuff, so I replaced my LM Sideclip with the more ergonomic Skeletool.

Come dinnertime, the Skeletool was replaced by a PE Z-cut

Now that easter is behind us and we’re back on the regular schedule, predictably so is also the DF2 in my pocket.
I really need that Air sprint to happen so I can spice things up with another small wharnie from time to time :)

Thank you! The skull is from a coyote that was hit and killed last year by a vehicle on our road. I waited until it was nicely cleaned off by the vermin, then went and got the skull. Unfortunately the teeth had fallen out and on the other side the cheekbone was badly fractured in the car strike. I have other, better skulls, but this one was readily available on the porch.

The new Delica with CF and CruWear has been in my pocket pretty much every day since I got it a couple weeks ago. It might be my favorite pocket knife.
