I have been holding out on para 3 for a while now, but I think when the non coated bumblebee version shows up I will try to grab one.

It looks like at least tip up the clip hits the right spot on these (the P2 Salt is not symmetric tip up to tip down so that the clip hits differently~assuming the P3 Salt is the same). If someone gets one and can confirm if either way works I'd be grateful.

Cool. Having checked out the front and clip-side pics online, it looks like the landing spot for the clip might actually be on the flat spot on the scale. I'm not sure how smooth or rough that flat spot on the G10 is, though; but that landing spot is in a better position on the scale than it is on the PM2 Salt.

I have a few P3 LWs but this is my first P3 in G10 and it feels great in hand during use. The action is smooth, centering is spot on, bevels are even on both sides, and it came sharp out of the box.

Even with the clip landing on the flat spot it grabs pockets firmly. I have the PM2 Salt in this config too, and so far this P3 feels slightly less grippy than that knife, but definitely more grippy than P3 LWs. Honestly I don't mind the tighter grip, it may smooth out over time, and even if it doesn't I can always bend out the clip if needed.

I say go for it and see how you like it
