Not if you want to retain that original finish. You may be able to tighten things up temporarily by squeezing the pivot end in a vise with padded jaws, but to make it last, the pivot pin would need to be peened or staked to prevent it from slipping back. That would necessitate refinishing the handle.
I’ve had some luck with using a hammer. I put the knife inside a leather glove, usually, when doing something like that.
Recently, I also had some lucky with a parallel plier wrench. I used my largest Knipex to squeeze it tight. You should make sure, however, to protect the scales by wrapping it in some sort of cloth or better yet leather. As mentioned, the finger of a leather glove worked for me, in the past.
