those scales are cool. para 2 gets a lot of neat scales from factory. I'd like to see them put some of their unique sxales on other models too.

Off topic, but as far as I can remember, the other time Spyderco used a unique texture in a PM2 was in the green S45VN sprint, and they also used it for the Para 3 S45VN sprint. And there also was the Manix 2 Cru Wear sprint with the gray checkerboard texture pattern. I can't recall on the top of my head if there are any other mainline knives with unique textures released.
