Those are very nice. They look robust enough to match the Lil Temp, which is a lil beast.

@CasperFatone Those look great. Been waiting for someone to make something like that for the LT3. How hard is it working with titanium to make a clip? Any specialized tools needed?
Titanium isn’t too bad to work with, but does require some tools. I use a portaband with a table to rough cut the shapes out, a drill press for the holes, and a belt grinder to clean things up. The tricky part of making clips is doing the 180 degree bend which require heat or you’ll crack the metal. I’ve made some brief tutorials on clip making that I’ll link below.

Awesome, appreciate the reply with the tutorials at that. I do have all those tools on hand so may try my luck at making a clip or two. Love all the mods/work you do. Seen your stuff on reddit as well.

I feel like I have the clip for the LT3 exactly how I want it at this point. This 3rd version of the clip has a couple subtle changes like screws are slightly recessed which allows a slightly tighter bend in the clip. Another positive change is that I rounded off the edges of the clip before bending it, so it is less of a pocket shredder and it just feels a little more refined.

This clip has zero hot spots and is incredibly strong but still smooth in and out of the pocket. From now on I plan to make all of my clips out of .060” titanium because it feels so much more sturdy than the .040” I’ve used in the past (same as Lynch clips). I also plan to always round over my edges before bending my clips now, so I feel like this whole process has changed my clips from here on out.

Looks great! I don't have a huge problem with my Lil Temp LW clip but I would definitely rock that over the stock one.
