Image Wife made 3 1/2 pints of Sugar Tomato Jalapeño Salsa and it was amazing ! Came across an article about Jalapeño peppers that was interesting. The way to tell if the pepper has more heat is if it has white stretch lines in the skins . This is a sign that it should be hotter than ones large and shiny. Dan

Sun Sugars are my favorite so I’m sure that Salsa was a perfect blend of heat and sweet 😋 I’ve seen those lines on jalapeños and it’s usually the ones that I leave on the plant longer and they are definitely hotter 🔥

So my niece made zucchini bread for me and it didn’t last very long…definitely adding some to the garden next year…thanks for the recipe Dan 👊 😋
