They are one of my favorite dealers. Free pens, keychains, lollipops, etc with order. Owner is very nice and responsive. Highly recommend!

As others have mentioned great customer service and prices.
I asked Jeff why a particular Heretic model cost $20.00 more in black than the more colorful models. He said you’re right it shouldn't.

He then lowered the price by $20 and returned $20 to my credit card.
That kind of integrity is rare.
