Really torn between the police and the stretch. Haven’t had a chance to handle either of them. Can only afford one. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I really like the PM2 if that helps anyone in their suggestions. Also big FOMO if I keep waiting on the stretch which looks like it’s coming out last.
IMO the only reason to get a stretch 2 xl over a P4 is if you want max weight savings.

How many sprint knives are produced for each model ?
I heard 1,200 each ?

I picked up two Sprint Endela’s during Spyderco’s two day summer sale last week. One for my son & one for myself. Love it !!

Burgundy looks great with the black blade/hardware. Finally getting to test out some Micro Melt PD#1.

Blade came perfectly centered and razor sharp.

Like it so much I’m looking to pick up a sprint Delica too when they come out. 🙂

1,200 is what SpydieWiki says under the “Number made” column for all of these PD#1 Sprint Runs.

Pocket Time Lately

1- Endela Micro Melt PD#1
2- Delica K390 Warncliffe
3- Bugout CF Elite
4- Endura VG10

I have carried Delica’s & Endura’s. For me Endela’s are the perfect EDC size knife as far a blade length and weight of 3.1 ounces. Perfect. ;)

In the future I could see the Endela out selling the Delica & Endura.

Great Job Sal & Eric !!!

I just ordered the endura, I’ve never had one and I already have a delica and Endela. It only seemed right I should have an endura too 😃

Why would anyone buy direct from Spyderco where “Additional discounts not applicable for this item” and you pay full MSRP even for OpFocus!?

On a long enough timeline, after it’s sold out everywhere else and the SFO is the last place to have them in stock, they’ll sell. This way they don’t undercut the retailers which encourages them to order product that will readily sell. There’s even a chance the SFO puts them on sale for cheaper after a while if they still don’t sell out quickly. It’s a strategy I’ve seen before used by a manufacturer who both sells their product direct to the end-user and distributes wholesale.

Stay vigilant — there’s still deals to be had. My PD-1 Endura, I paid $98 for, arrived today. I would’ve been happy to spend under a c-note for a piece of coated/rare/special steel 10 years ago.

Delica on the way. Been looking out for a plain edge Delica to keep my SE K390 Delica company and this just seems ideal.

Bought a Sprint Endela 2 weeks ago. Liked it so much I ordered a Delica today.
Friend tried to buy a Sprint Delica and it was sold out in a few hours. Hopefully Spyderco ships more out 🙂
Have to Love Spyderco Sprint runs.

Benn preoccupied for while so first time on the forum in quite some time. Just found out about the PD#1 sprints. I was tempted at first to get another Endela, but already have two Cruwear Endelas. So was looking at a Delica instead, but to be honest, I'd prefer a DF2 or Stretch 2 XL.
