Foodprep and/or (hot) drinks on the trails with your favorite Syderco
Made lunch out on a hike today.
Bushcraft UK for the wood-prep, PM2 for the food-prep :D
At first my saw made some stove sized pieces of birch
split them in different sizes
Curls and birchbark to get the fire going
Glowing charcloth, love the look of that!
First flames
Coffee first while cooking the rest, an egg, some beans and...
Tasty saucages made everything complete to go with my baguette
Ready to eat
Had a great time!
Would be intersted to see what you guys make out on the trails :)

Here's some from a motorcycle trip.
This is a great idea for a thread. I spend a lot of time on the road and on the trail. I love choosing which Spydies will accompany me on each trip. Salt knives are often chosen for obvious reasons.

Outside this weekend with the Bushcraft UK and the Kelly Kettle.
Re: Foodprep and/or (hot) drinks on the trails with your favorite Syderco
Outdoors lunch today, baked some fresh flatbread and veggy shawarma
Brought the Spyderco Bushcraft UK, Opinel 12 saw, Firebox Nano in my pack.
Prepared a simple dough at home and brought that along. Just flour, salt and water.
Made it into thin discs that would fit in my pan while the shawarma was frying.
Looks good to me
Hmmm, eat while the next one is on the fire.
Man it's tasty
Enjoying the view and the sounds of the birds while I eat the last one
Great way to spend the afternoon!

Out for lunch today. Brought some homemade tomato-soup (thanks to my gf), eggs and some thick slices of pumpkin seed bread.
Prepared on the Kelly Kettle hobo stove, wood prepared with the Opinel 12 Saw and the Spyderco Bushcraft UK.
Found a nice spot on the waterside
Curls and shavings to get the fire started with my ferro-rod.
First put the kettle on for coffee and get the fire going strong
Coffee is ready :D
Next: heating up my soup
Enjoying the view while the soup is on
Once the soup is hot I fried a couple of eggs
Tasty lunch!
Another afternoon spent well :)
