Man, that don't look right to me.. Mine's got polished bolsters and shiny G10..

So I took the scales and bolsters off and stonewashed them and now it's better in both those regards.
The original inspiration was actually a post on Bladeforums where someone had a set of green micarta scales made, sandblasted the bolsters, and I want to say also acid etched the blade (can't remember exact build or poster, sorry). That one looked sick but I didn't have the money or skill to get mine there, so the tumbler sufficed.
