I'm glad I passed on the first run of these, I already own the OG Bowie and thought they were too similar. And I was also thinking about the folks who really wanted to get their hands on one; although the flippers didn't make that any easier for people.
Anyway the over travel stop is enough extra difference that I really want one now. Plus these pictures are excellent and the blue looks good.

Day one buyer here, just wish the blue anodization was brighter and/or more of a blurple color. The blue seems so muted.

Also, wonder how long they’ll last.. my guess is a long time.

If they went with K390/10v for this run they might have had me. M390 and steel interfaces are overrated IME, and my OG Bowie is an absolute stunner with the near mirror SW blade. It was the most expensive knife I ever bought back when they were in production, and it was just over $200 lol.

Where's that Spyderco Slyz Rat?!?! ;)

I guess demand hasn’t dried up yet, but it does appear to be less intense.

Oh my goodness! That is insane.

So insane, that I just now went in to check the recent Sales history on eBay, of the Slysz Bowie.
One (New Blue M390) was going for $950, but he settled for an offer. :smlling-eyes

Even used OG XHP Slysz Bowies are going for between $450 and $700.

An OG XHP still new in box, went for $999.95 on December 15th, 2023!

I MAY have a knife for Sale . . . . :zany

I agree. I passed on the SB when they were originally for sale. Not interested now. I have plenty of other Ti framelock knives that make me happy. However, the SB apparently makes a lot of other people happy. Obviously, based on this latest run, it's pretty obvious that plenty of people are willing to pay $450 for them. I don't understand how it's worth $450 but it doesn't matter since they sold out at that price
Of all the things I've lost I miss my mind the most!
