Kershaw's also coming out with a double edge variant of the Livewire to follow up on their Tanto and Spear Point. This blade shape is also offered in Magnacut.

If they do a non-coated tanto Livewire, I'll be all about it.

I ordered a Kershaw Bel Air with MagnaCut blade, Aluminum scales and DuraLock (a Crossbar lock like the Axis lock) for $142.50 shipped. Curious to compare it to my Benchmade 945 with S30V blade, Aluminum scales and Axis Lock. Best price for a BM 945 is $186.30 shipped. Both about the same size and made in the U.S.

I spent about 15 minutes shopping for the lowest out the door price and there’s quite a variance. Also, several charge sales tax on top of the prices listed below:

Kershaw Bel Air — MSRP: $249.99
— Amazon: $165.44
— Blade HQ: $164.95
— DLT Trading: $159.99
— House of Blades: $159.95
— Knives Ship Free: $159.95
— SMKW: $156.95
— GP Knives: $154.95
— Knives Plus: $149.99
— Knife Center: $149.95
— Knife Works: $147.99
— St. Nick’s: $144.99
— Kershaw Guy: $142.50

Kaviso often has the lowest listed price. Both BladeOps and White Mountain have 10% off discount codes (WSW10).

Thanks.

Neither Kaviso nor Blade Ops have a listing for Kershaw Bel Air yet. Bel Air started showing up at dealers about a month ago.

I’m familiar with White Mountain Knives (I use discount code $Save10% for 10% off) but it’s currently listed as out of stock and $164.95 (with 10% off it’d be $148.46). I purchased my Benchmade 945 in early 2021 from WMK for $156.82 shipped and now it’s $186.30!

Kershaw Guy has now raised the price on the Bel Air to $149.95.

Cutlery Shoppe has the Bel Air for $142.50.

I just picked one up from KershawGuy for $139.95, I couldn’t hold out any longer.

Good deal. That’s $2.55 less than what I paid. I’ve had mine since Saturday and it’s incredible how good it is for such a low price with MagnaCut and made in the U.S. The blade is a super slicer at just 0.09” thick. The action on bearings is super smooth with a great detent.
