I watched a bunch of day one shot show vids on YouTube the other day … first ever I found the knife vids more interesting than the firearm vids(mostly at the range)!

I did hear Eric say there is a Lil Native lightweight backlock with thinner blade stock … looks like another Spyderco line I’ll be collecting!!!

Sounds like lots of stuff in the pipeline for coatings, 15v, and Crucarta.

Did ya all catch the connection with 15v and the next upcoming reveal 15?????

So many knives - so little funds!!!

That one was actually already revealed and is in the catalogue, marked "coming soon"... so you might not have to wait too long...

Wonder if there was any sightings of the HIC mule ?
Yes, it was being shown in the prototype display.
Perhaps a sighting of a REX 121 MULE in the prototype display, that can be spoken of :thinking :grin-big eyes?

Looks like a good show. I'm glad you got to tag-along with Spyderco, Shawn.

Thanks!

Has there been any word on the Bowie PM2 or Edgerati prototypes?

Can't wait for a Sprint of the lightweight lil native with a cool coating.
I am the same. I love the idea of a lightweight Lil’ Native with a thinner blade stock and a thinner, lighter handle. Pretty much the best parts of the Dragonfly paired up with the Lil’ Native. I am not so sure about he CTS-BD1N blade steel. A sprint run would incorporate a higher end steel.

I hope we get to see it soon after the regular version is released.

blade thickness is the primary detractor of the lil native for me. he did say magnacut across the line, so maybe we'll see a lil native lw salt as well. i think that's been talked about for a long time, so i wouldn't be surprised at all.

Expect the new coating to be out in about a year (I'm too lazy right now to find the timestamp for that).

2024 Shot Show

We stand on the shoulders of giants.

I have great humility to be amongst these legends that I will never find myself equal to and it brings me joy to say it.

Their humbleness and compassion to share the love for high performance designs, steels, techniques and knowledge has no equal.

It would be my greatest honor in life to share my knowledge from these people into the year 2100 beyond my own lifetime.

Thank to everyone on the Spyderco forums.

The greatest place for in depth discussion about our equally shared passion for high performance Spyderco knives.

Sal, if you're reading this, cheers my friend.
Thank you.

All of you, have a wonderful 2024!

Thanks Sal.

Looks like the whiskey had me long-winded when I typed all that.

Good times.

Thank you.
