Not trying to argue or restart the debate about if blade centering matters. If anyone has tips on how to adjust the centering on a Manix 2 Lightweight with screwed construction, I would appreciate it.
Thanks,
Bruce

Thanks, Bruce, for reacting in that sovereign way to my question.
Given the past, fruitless discussions about blade centering, the actual topic of this thread and that you just asked for tips it was silly (honestly) of me to pose the question why it bothers you in the first place.

Hope you find a way to center that blade ! :smlling-eyes
Top three going by pocket-time (update March 24):
- EDC: Endura thin red line ffg combo edge (VG10); Wayne Goddard PE (4V), Endela SE (VG10)
-Mountains/outdoors: Pac.Salt 1 SE (H1), Salt 2 SE (LC200N), and also Wayne Goddard PE (4V)

I'm not sure how applicable this would be to the Manix 2 Lightweight, but here are general steps I use with my Seki Lightweights (granted, mostly with liners) to improve centering...
1. Remove pocket clip and loosen all screws.
2. Shift the scales, along the length of the knife to ensure there's no residual torque in the scales.
3. Tighten body screws, starting at the back of the handle. Last one to tighten is the pivot screw.
3a. If blade still not centered, can try adding something to wedge the blade to the opposite side (like folded tissue). Then tighten as noted above.
4. Make sure that the clip screws aren't too tight causing the scales to flex. (This is the most common issue in my experience when I have a non centered blade.)

I don't currently have a Manix 2 Lightweight, so not sure if those steps can be helpful with that model, but that has worked for me on other FRN/FRCP knives.

This. I have done this with several knives and it works every time. I always use step 3a. though.

Surprised. Holding them side by side I noticed differences I didn't before, as I sold my first run mini manix 2 before my first full sized manix 2 arrived. Like the thumb ramp on the mini is at a more shallow angle more like the old c95.

I thought I'd get it in my hand and decide I didn't want it after all, but right now we're sitting at a maybe.
