PM2 Crucarta.

A popular answer, I imagine. But today my pocketknife will see some fairly heavy work, so there it is.

Stellar lineup. Is that Moki fixed?
I'm happiest with Micarta and Tool Steel.

Top four in rotation: K390 + GCM PM2, ZCarta Shaman, Crucarta PM2, K390 + GCM Straight Spine Stretch.

It is Wednesday my dudes. :cheap-sunglasses

And it is always a good day for disc golf. When a friend of mine and I were younger and dumber we had a game scheduled one day. The weather was supposed to be bad, but we wanted to go anyways. All I can remember were trees blowing everywhere with crazy wind. We of course were soaked the entire time. The rain was coming down so hard. The storm was the reminant of Hurricane Katrina that was traveling West of Georgia. We were idiots. Now if it is too cold, I will not play for the sake of my delicate fingertips. :winking-tongue

Great photo! Love the look of that Lil Native Wharncliffe. I had that one in my cart at the online seconds sale. Hesitated to look at other stuff and pondered if they would drop more and boom it was gone. :woozy
Yikes! Sounds like a **** of a round. I’ve played in all sorts of conditions: strong wind, snow, and scorching heat but hurricane conditions would probably be where I draw the line! :grin-squint

This was at a relatively new course in Massachusetts set up by a couple local professional players. (Avery Jenkins and Simon Lizotte) It’s 9 holes with two baskets each and they’re short par 3 holes. Played two solo rounds for each basket in about an hour. Definitely a course I’ll be going back to.

I recently found another small 9 hole course only a few minutes away from where I live. Checked it out today after work and was able to get through a round in about 15 minutes! It was pretty much nine ace runs in a row. Fun little course though, some solid putt and approach practice.

All this recent talk about Caly’s made me want to carry a Caly. Matched it up with the KnifeJoker exclusive Lil Native and an all black Ladybug Hawkbill.

Appreciate the kind word! And yes sir, a Moki banff 7” version, got it off knife center a few months back, absolutely in love with it, super elegant and functional piece. The leather sheath that comes with it is also one of my favorite fixed blade sheaths. I would highly recommend it to anyone it interests or is on the fence of purchasing one.

Thanks. I was admiring how uniform the lamination line is on this one today, it really is a beautiful thing!

Thanks Salty and I agree, the Caly series is going through a mini renaissance on the forum right now. :grin-smiling-eyes It lives up to the hype too, in my opinion.

Also, the Ladybug is a scale swap with a USN Exclusive Ladybug Hawkbill and a regular black handle VG10 Ladybug. Unfortunately, it isn’t available in this configuration from factory. (YET! ;) I’m staying optimistic that it will happen someday!)

Looking at the image on my crappy cell phone screen I thought at first"very nice pic, very nice duo... it was only after reading your comment that I realized it is rather a trio and found the Ladybug... :grin-sweat
Top three going by pocket-time (update April 25):
- EDC: Endela SE (K390). Endura thin red line ffg combo edge (VG10), Chaparral SE (CTS XHP)
- Mountains/outdoors: Pac.Salt 2 SE (LC200N), Salt 2 SE (LC200N), Endela SE (K390)

Those forest-green HAP40 Caly3s ... you don't see them very often! Nice score. Didn't I read somewhere that HAP40 is equivalent to REX45?

I remember now, with a pang of regret, that I passed on that forest green HAP40 Caly 3 sprint many moons ago because I already had the CF and SB versions. I am wiser now.

Big things come in… think of the will to survive this little fern had to grow through that landscape timber…I had a cherry tomato plant do the same thing once a couple years ago but there was no room at the Inn so I dug a hole on the side of the yard and planted it…ended up growing taller than any other tomato that year and produced 100’s
