Serge Panchenko would be nice. He has been making some nice folders recently

I would also like to see what Shivworks (SouthNarc)/Spyderco could do again?
Flash Batch request: Flat Iron Salt (CE w/ yellow FRN)

I was recently thinking about Serge Panchenko as a collaborator as well. It’s interesting because he currently has close to the most collaborations with Spyderco that are still in production. The Roc, Dogtag CF, and Dogtag Gen 4.

He also produces his own brand of knives (SPP - Serge Panchenko Production) but Spyderco still collaborates with him to produce their own versions of his designs. It just seems unique when considering their approach to working with other makers and designers. (Or more specifically, not doing so.)

I’m a big fan of Serge’s designs though and I’m glad Spyderco still chooses to work with him. I would definitely be excited to see another collaboration between Spyderco and Serge.

Jot Singh Khalsa.
It would truly be most interesting to see what Jot Singh Khalsa would put forth after this huge passage of time. I think to a large degree his previous Spyderco collaboration was largely misunderstood. Because there were a lot of positive aspects of the C-40 that were overlooked at the time.

I've since taken a second look at his Spyderco C-40 model and have found a new understanding of it. About a year ago I got to take a second look at the serrated version of the Jot Singh Khalsa model and now realize a few mechanical advantages of the C-40 in SE. Sure let's talk to Mr. Khalsa and see what new ideas he may have for a follow up of the C-40.

More from the minds that brought us the Proficient (Chris Claycomb), Zoomer (T. Zoomer), Province (Sanders and Ankerson), the Sustain (Ackerman), and more.
To be real, I’m just asking for more fixed blades because Spyderco’s are some of the best and they have collaborative relationships with an impressive group of knife makers and designers.
(I’m including axes/hatchets, machetes, and food prep knives in the general “fixed blade” category here).

I got a Zoomer on sale and it’s really something!
I’ve been trying to find a Province at a reasonable price, but they seem to be scarce.

Could Golden make a few more fixed blades as it expands?

I would like to see Phil Wilson and a tool steel Bow River/South Fork.

And I'd like to see Fred Perrin with again tool steel used for a Street Beat/Street Bowie.

Tool STeel fixed blades>> that sounds really intriguing. Hey I could get on that bandwagon very easily. I've wondered what the South Fork might be like with other supersteel blades. And yes those Perrin models could also use a facelift of sorts.

I also wish that Spyderco would consider more of their Sprint Runs to be fixed blades. And we need more full SE fixed blades offered as well.

Not again, but a first time collab with Nathan Carothers in bringing his Delta 3V protocol to some Spyderco knives. I don't even need a new design. Just get some Delta 3V blades loaded into a Manix XL (see my avatar which hasn't changed in years!) and Military 1 and they would be some bomb proof knives!
