Are those dyed or aftermarket scales, or is that a Manix model I'm not familiar with? Either way, very cool Manix!
They are actually the scales from the 52100 steel exclusive from KnifeWorks a few years back. I had around (7) G10 Manix's at one point and did a bunch of swapping around. I loved the gray/black combo, but didn't care for the 52100 steel.

Funny! I put my St. Nicks para 3 blade into my 52100 CF scales because I'm not too fond of that steel either!

Been one of my favorite work knives since it came out. Helps that I love the low grit edge on it as well!

Lovely Manix! :smiling-heart-eyes
What a shocker coming from you!! Haha! G10 is banged up, blade shows some wear so heck...why not use it even more right??
Would not call it a shocker i love Manixes. :zany But eventough i have a great number of them. Most are regular production that i personalized with scales or the normal in house sprints.
I still do not own a single exclusive one. But who knows someday ill find one…

Yo! These are very nice scales. I hope they make some for larger Seki models.

Nice! But are you using the safety guards, like Sal told you to do?

This one for the past few weeks...after a regrind it really is the ideal EDC blade. I wish that the bearings* would have been properly figured before releasing the Mantra 1 & 2...that was a giant wet blanket burdened upon two potentially perfect EDC designs.

*or skipped altogether in favor of PB washers and a stiffer detent...
So it goes.
