By The Way.

This is one of a number of standard abbreviations used frequently on the forum]http://www.netlingo.com/emailsh.cfm[/url]

Thanks Hannibal. Always wondered what IIRC means. Now I know :)

Deacon, that's a great design! BUT has it been tested under "real life" conditions? Some tin foil hats "look" great, but they are more fashion then function.
We are all eager to see a before and after test picture when the next thunderstorm comes along.
Just climb into the highest tree or telephone pole and see if the hat will survive a lightning strike.
Please post the pictures here to attest the function of your device.

Thank you ;)

i wonder if the forum knife hype had anything to do about the boom?

BTW al "registered users" that do NOT contribute with threads or thread replies should not be members of the forum...
they should at least post one thing...RIGHT?

Well the situation, whatever it was seems to have resolved itself. Realize the forum knife debates and signup probably brought in a fair amount of new blood, realize there are always going to be some folks who come here fairly regular but never log in and post, others (inluding myself) who will log some times but not others. But there was a period of a few days when the "guest" count was well over 100, even in the middle of the night when there were less than a half dozen users logged on. That just seemed a tad too many to be accounted for by any of the normal or temporary factors that have been discussed.

i'm sure i'm gonna watch the 'truth' on an x-file remake in some years to come...it was / is " paranormal activity" ? and spyderco denies knowledge i suppose?

100 visitors at that time of the day are just too many 'ghosts'
